The growing momentum to provide primary care and general practice within new models of care offers both challenges and opportunities for commissioners, providers, partners and stakeholders responsible for the delivery of services to their populations.

Developing new models of care within the emerging health landscape and the commissioning arrangements will be a radical shift in the way services are designed, managed and delivered. The At Scale approach

We support you to develop a bespoke model for your local population, build resilience and sustainability, improve quality of patient care, provide continued programme assurance for stakeholders and deliver the programme in as little as 12 months.
